Vendor/Payor Registration

Vendors include businesses that participate in the Mount Carmel Health Partners discounted services program, Payors include representatives from managed care plans in Central Ohio and Health Partners

Cost & Sponsorship Opportunities:

• Standard - Includes acknowledgement of participation and standard table at the fair at no charge (fee included in annual vendor membership)
• Gold - Includes acknowledgement as a Gold sponsor at the welcome table and throughout the fair and a premium table location. Fee $250

The Siegel Center will be available to you at 10:00 am on the day of the event. We are asking that each vendor/payor provide a door prize. All prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the fair.

Space is limited, so reserve your sponsorship now. Each vendor/payor is limited to one table.
